Menu Special Hours Delayed to Take Effect

Since 1:00 pm PST on Saturday 02/10/2024, there was an issue with the DoorDash system which delayed the population of Special Hours set in POS menus. This might have affected the availability of your store. All other parts of menu updates were not affected. DoorDash took manual actions periodically to mitigate the problem once it was found while actively working on addressing the problem. The problem was completely resolved at 7:37 pm PST on Sunday 02/11/2024. Special hours were instantly populated to the whole DoorDash system after that.
